This site is owned and operated by Slick Activewear ("Slick Activewear ", "we" or "us") VAT No: GB 862 7304 21. By accessing, browsing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Slick Activewear without prior notification reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of the Site will be subject to the most current version of the Terms and Conditions of Use posted on the Site. You are responsible for periodically visiting these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time to review the then-current Terms. Information Accuracy & Website Content

This web site is regularly updated and we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the products on delivery.

We put every effort into updating website information, product descriptions, prices, photographs and other information. Though we try to ensure all information and images are correct - occasionally it's incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for website errors as these are genuine mistakes.

If you buy any products from us based on wrong information we will replace or refund the product so long as it is unused, see our Exchanges Returns and Refunds Policy. Your Account

Once you have created an account with us you will be able to log into the site at any point in the future using your email address and password. You can edit your details should anything change and register to receive email updates, details of special offers and catalogues in the future.

You do not need to register account with us to browse our products or to add them to a shopping basket but you must have an account to complete a purchase. Registering is easy and takes only a short time. We do not store credit card details so these must be re-entered each time you make a purchase from our store.

When you return to the site in future, simply click on My Account which can be found at the top of every page on the site, then enter your email address and password into the login section. If you have forgotten your password simply click on the forgotten password link and then complete your email address in the box marked email address and click continue. Product Prices

All the prices listed on the website are priced and sold in £ sterling. Garment pages also indicate a Euro (€) price for guidance only.

• Adult and children's clothing are displayed on the garment pages excluding VAT.
• If you are placing an order from a billing and delivery address in the UK or another member state within the European Union Fiscal area then VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5% will be added to the product price at the Checkout page when you complete your order.”
• In the UK children's clothing is already VAT free.
• The delivery costs are also shown at the Checkout before you complete any order.

Please note that overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Any additional charges made by customs must be paid by the customer.

Payments

Payments for goods ordered may be made via Credit/Debit card or by PayPal. Alternatively, you may send a Personal Cheque drawn upon a UK bank (a selectable option on the Checkout page). If payment is by cheque then the shipping of your order will occur once the payment has cleared (generally 7 to 10 days for cheques).

*Please note: All payment card transactions are processed in £ (UK Sterling). For all other currencies (e.g. $US or *€ Euros) the amount actually debited to your card account will be at the exact exchange rate determined by the bank on the day that your card transaction is processed.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

All orders are confirmed to the member/customer of the order via email. If you wish to contact us regarding orders, please send an email quoting your name and the order number from your Order Confirmation E-mail to us at orders@slickactivewear.co.uk.

Availability

If your goods are in stock the order will usually be shipped in order to reach you within 7 to 14 working days for UK orders and 14 to 28 days for overseas orders. All items are subject to availability and orders placed are subject to cancellation for out of stock reasons. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Delivery

Slick Activewear primarily uses Royal Mail to deliver orders and they must usually be signed for so please make sure that there will be someone available at your delivery address. It is the responsibility of the member/customer to ensure that their delivery address details are correct at the time of ordering. Slick Activewear can not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses provided by members/customers.

The delivery charge will be shown during the checkout process. As a guide:

• For all deliveries within the UK we charge a flat rate of £3 regardless of the size of your order, this will be added to your order during the checkout process.
• For most other countries within the EU the delivery charge will normally be a flat rate of £5 regardless of the size of your order again this will be shown during the checkout process.
• For deliveries overseas to countries and territories such as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Falkland Islands & South Africa the delivery charge will normally be a flat rate of £10 regardless of the size of your order. The charge will be shown and added during the checkout process.
• For all other European and Overseas orders the delivery charge will be shown during the checkout process.

The delivery charges are clearly stated at the point of sale within the checkout process. If you do not agree with the postage charge indicated, please do not continue with your order.

Exchanges Returns and Refunds Policy

Your right to cancel:

At Slick Activewear we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. The distance selling regulations act gives you, the member/customer the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

If your goods are not satisfactory we will either exchange the purchase or arrange a refund, providing the goods are returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch, along with a Return ID Number, the sales invoice and the reason for returning the product.

Items returned without a Returns ID Number cannot be accepted. The returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition (i.e. unused, unsoiled, with tags still attached and returned in the original packaging).

We will need to examine the goods.

If you do not return the order/product a cancellation can not be initiated and a refund will not be processed. It is the responsibility of the member/customer to ensure the safe return of unwanted orders and products ordered in error. For your protection, we recommend that you pack the returned item(s) securely, clearly labelled and use a recorded-delivery service with adequate insurance.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or a manufacturing defect is the reason for the return.

Slick Activewear can not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses provided by members/customers or for goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods safely to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When we receive the returned item, in a saleable condition, we will exchange or refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. If you require replacement goods you will not be charged a second delivery charge. Refunds and Exchanges will be given at the discretion of Slick Activewear.

Law, jurisdiction and language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
